Over the last few days, we have been busy grading products and packing your orders for shipment. Our team at Kawaiigloo, are excited to announce that your Kickstarter products from our “Genshin Impact Ascension” Kickstarter are on their way to you! By now you should have received your tracking numbers, and some of you might have even received your packages!
All of us here at Kawaiigloo, would like to thank you again for pledging to help bring our project to life! We sincerely hope you enjoy your products as much as we loved creating them for you!

Last call for order updates!

The last day to make final updates to your order is 11-11-22. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards on 11-12-22 for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 11-11-22 order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://GenshinImpactAscension.backerkit.com.
